Please take the time to review the lists below and if you have been at one of the venues at the time identified, inform your Team Leader and make arrangements to be tested and work from home until you receive a negative result.
Areas with increased testing
If you live in or have visited these local government areas (LGAs) or suburbs in the past 2 weeks, get tested if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, even if mild, and self-isolate until you get your test result.

Self-isolate and get tested immediately if you've been to these locations
If you have been to any of these locations during the time and date indicated you should:
- immediately self-isolate until 14 days after you were last there
- get tested even if you have no symptoms
- watch for COVID-19 symptoms and get retested should any symptoms recur
- even if you get a negative test, you must stay in isolation for 14 days as it can take 14 days before you may show symptoms or test positive.

Campbelltown: The Bavarian | 7pm to 9pm on Saturday 10 October Anyone who was inside the restaurant for an hour or more during the above time is considered a close contact and must immediately get tested and self-isolate for 14 days and stay isolated for the entire period, even if a negative test result is received. Anyone who dined outside the restaurant or was there for less than one hour is considered a casual contact and must monitor for symptoms and get tested immediately if they develop. After testing, they must remain in isolation until a negative test result is received. |
Gregory Hills: Gregory Hills Hotel | 7pm to 9pm, Friday 9 October Anyone who attended the bistro between 7pm and 9pm for at least one hour is considered to be a close contact. You must immediately get tested and self-isolate for 14 days since you were there, and stay isolated for the entire period, even if a negative test result is received. Anyone who was at the venue between the above times for less than an hour is considered to be a casual contact and should monitor for symptoms and get tested immediately if they develop. After testing, they must remain in isolation until a negative test result is received. |
Lakemba: Ali Dine Inn and Take Away | 7:30pm to 8:30pm on Friday 9 October |
Lakemba: A2Z Medical Clinic | Tuesday 29 September to Saturday 10 October Anyone who attended the clinic at any time on any of the above dates is considered a close contact and must be tested immediately and self-isolate for a full 14 days from exposure regardless of the result. Friday 25 September to Monday 28 September Anyone who attended A2Z Medical Clinic on any of the above dates should be tested immediately. As the full 14 days since exposure has elapsed these contacts do not need to continue to isolate once a negative test result is received. |
Narellan: 1500 United Cinema, Narellan Town Centre | 1:15pm, Saturday 10 October screening of the movie 'Trolls' Anyone who attended theatre 8 to watch the 1:15pm screening of the movie Trolls is a close contact. Close contacts must immediately get tested and self isolate for 14 days since you were there, and stay isolated for the entire period, even if a negative test result is received 12:50pm to 3pm, Saturday 10 October Anyone who attended the cinema complex from 12:50pm to 3pm is a casual contact and should monitor for symptoms and get tested immediately if they develop. After testing, they must remain in isolation until a negative test result is received. |
Parramatta: ACE Tutoring | Saturday 10 October Close contacts who attended the Standard HSC Chemistry class between 9:30am and 1:20pm are being contacted by NSW Health and must immediately get tested and self-isolate for a full 14 days from exposure regardless of the result. Anyone else who attended ACE Tutoring on the above date is now considered a casual contact and must monitor for COVID-19 symptoms and get tested immediately if they develop. After testing, they must remain in isolation until a negative test result is received. |
